1 Stick Butter
1 1/4 Cup Sugar ( Granulated )
1 Egg ( Large )
1 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour ( Sifted )
! Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat hard. Combine flour with baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop onto greased cookie sheet in marble sized balls. Press flat with bottom of greased glass dipped in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350º oven for about 10 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wire rack.
Sugar - Cinnamon mixture as follows.
Place 1/4 Cup of sugar in bowl add the cinnamon to the sugar and mix well.
