10-12 Idaho Potatoes ( Large )
1 Tablespoon Salt
!/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
3/4 Cup Milk

Directions:
Peel the potatoes and place in large pan. Cover the potatoes with cold water and add the salt.
Boil the potatoes until tender.
Pour potatoes into colander.
In a mixing bowl place the butter. Add the very warm potatoes to the mixing bowl. Beat till there are no lumps. Add pepper and beat for about 1 minute. Gradually add the milk, you may need mere to make the desired consistency.
