potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
chopped onion
salt & pepper
dill
chicken broth
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place layer of potatoes in bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped onion, salt & pepper and dill. Repeat layers. Dot top with butter. Dissolve chicken bouillon in boiling water, pour into baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
