1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. milk
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
2 tbsp. white creme de cacao
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
3 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 tsp. chocolate syrup

Combine crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Press into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Chill. Combine milk and marshmallow creme in a microwave safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring once. Add liquor and whipped topping, stirring until blended. Spread ice cream over chilled cookie crumbs. Top with marshmallow mixture. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
