3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. of salt
1 1/2 cup of oil (Crisco or other)
1 tsp. of Butter flavor extract
2 eggs
1 cup of pecans
2 large bananas or 3 small, smashed
1 8oz. can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients by hand. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Do not drain pineapple.
Grease and flour tube pan. Pour batter. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done.
Let cool in pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
