2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 shrimp (21/25 size), peeled and deveined
4 scallops (10/20 size), cut in half
4 oz. salmon, cut into 8 pieces
4 oz. halibut, cut into 8 pieces
1/2 c. flour
16-20 clams
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/4 sliced mushrooms
Kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. chopped garlic
2/3 c. white wine
1 1/2 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. (3 oz.) fresh Dungeness crabmeat
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. broccoli 8 oz. fresh fettuccine
Garnish: Italian parsley and Parmesan cheese

Toss shrimp, scallops, salmon, and halibut in flour and shake off excess. In a large saute pan, saute shrimp, scallops, salmon, halibut, clams, onions, and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. After browning, add butter, garlic, white wine, and cream. Steam on low heat for 3-4 minutes and reduce to half. Add crabmeat, diced tomatoes, and broccoli and heat for 1 minute. Adjust seasoning to taste.

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 2-3 minutes or until al dente. Drain pasta and add to sauce.

(Note: If preferred, serve sauce over risotto instead of fettuccine (risotto recipe located in side dish section of the cookbook.)

Garnish with sprinkle of chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.

I use steamer clams in the shell and put it over risotto! YUMMY!
