1 Tbsp. olive oil
6 scallops (10/20 size), cut in half
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. chopped garlic
2/3 c. white wine
3/4 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. marinara sauce
1 c. (6 oz.) fresh Dungeness crabmeat
Kosher salt and ground black pepper
8 oz. fresh angel hair pasta
Garnish: Chopped Italian parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Toss scallops in flour and shake off excess. Heat a large saute pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and scallops, season with salt and pepper. Pan sear/brown on first side for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes, turn over and cook one more minute. Remove scallops from pan and keep warm.

To make sauce, add butter and garlic to saute pan and cook very briefly for 30 seconds. Add white wine, cream, marinara, and salt and pepper. Reduce to half and add crab and scallops to sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little pasta water.

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta for 2-3 minutes or until al dente. drain pasta and add to pasta sauce.
