4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 c Water
2 c Plain Flour
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Beaten Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
------Frosting-------
1 Stick of Butter
6 Tbsp Milk
4 Tbsp Cocoa
1 lb Confectioners Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar in large bowl. Place butter, cocoa and water into saucepan and bring to a boil, then mix with flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, soda, beaten eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 400º for 20 minutes. Frost while hot.
------------Frosting------------
Bring butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil in saucepan. Pour mixture over confectioners sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and stir. Spread on cake while hot.
