3/4 c Shortening
1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 c Water
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 c Plain Flour
1/2 pkg Mini Chips
3 c Quick Oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients, then stir in flour and chocolate chips. Add oatmeal and stir. Bake at 350º for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from oven when barely browned on top.
