Ingredients:  
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. bacon
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup flour
1 cup cubed potatoes
1 can baby clams (and juice)
1 cup frozen or fresh shrimp
1 can salmon or fresh salmon
(you can add scallops also if you wish)
4 cups cream
2 bay leaves
white pepper to taste

In a large heavy saucepan, cook the first 5 ingredients until bacon is cooked. Add flour, stirring until thickened. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
