1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
3 1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
4 C. taco Doritos
1/2 C. black olives
1 can refried beans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in skillet for 5 minutes, until crumbles and light in color. Add onion, salt, tomato sauce, and refried beans. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place 3 C of taco chips in a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chips. Pour meat and bean sauce over the above and top with remaining cheese. Garnish with remaining taco chips. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with olives before serving.
