1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 large carrot, grated
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp. Tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
sugar, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients together to make dressing, and taste. Adjust if needed, with sugar, salt and pepper. Add dressing to the cabbage mixture and mix well. Chill for 1-3 hours before serving.
