1/2 lb. bacon
1 large onion, diced
1 16 oz can pork and beans
5 tsp. maple syrup
3 tsp. yellow mustard
4 tsp ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Fry bacon until crisp. Pat dry and crumble. Saute onion in bacon drippings until brown. Mix bacon, onion and drippings with remaining ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish and bake covered for 45-60 minutes.
