2 cup milk
8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until smooth. Cook 1 minute, whisking constantly. Microwave milk for 1 1/2 minutes. Gradually whisk in milk and cook, whisking constantly, for 5 minutes or until thickened. Add salt, pepper and 1 cup cheese, whisk until smooth. Sstir in pasta. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2 qt. bakking dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
