7 eggs white- beat till peaks
1 1/2 oz ricotta cheese
2 egg yokes
1 c sugar
1 1/2 t vanilla
11/2 c pumpkin
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 t baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs whites, then mix the next 7 ingredient after mix then fold in the egg whites. Bake at 350º till done sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Bake in cake pan.
