1 quart milk
1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
2 tbsp. gelatin
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in small portion of cold milk. Heat remainder of milk in top of double boiler. Add melted chocolate and cocoa to milk. Beat eggs with sugar. Beat whole mixture thoroughly. Pour into bowl and refrigerate to set.
