Ingredients:
Some chicken breasts or tenders
Sprinkling of garlic powder
Sprinkling of onion powder
Italian seasoning
Penne Pasta
Classico Brand "Four Cheese Sauce" (this is a white sauce)
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Start a big pan of boiling water to cook the penne.

Meanwhile heat pan to medium heat, add chicken breasts or tenders in a single layer. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder, and a bit of Italian seasoning. When browned on one side (time depends on thickness of chicken), flip over, sprinkle the other side with the seasonings. I always have to slice into the chicken to see if its really cooked all the way through. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into bite size pieces.

When pasta is cooked, drain, and return to big pan. Add the sauce, the chicken, black pepper to taste and stir it all up.

This recipe is from my sister in law, Marcella Payne. It's yummy and one of our weeknight staples. If heating leftovers, stir in a little milk before microwaving to make the sauce creamy again.
