2 tsp oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 (16oz) can diced tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
1 can white kidney beans, rinsed
29 oz. beef stock
1 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp pepper
parsley
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
16 oz jar spaghetti sauce
shell macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef in oil in a large pot until beef begins to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 min.

Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Add beef stock, oregano, pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce and noodles. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 minutes.
