1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. cold water
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Icing:
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients and then rest. Beat 350 strokes. Pour into 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake at 350º until done about 30 minutes. Do not remove cake from pan. Prepare icing. Mix all ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Pour over cake.
