Cream:
1 c. oil
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar

Stir in:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
stir well

Stir in:
4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
stir well
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Add more flour if necessary for a rather stiff dough. Use an ice cream scoop to portion dough. Coat each portion with sugar and place on a cookie sheet. Emboss with cookie cutter dipped in sugar, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375º for 13 to 15 minutes or until cookie brown around the edges.
