1 egg
3/4 cup milk
2 cups flour (also add 1 tbsp. of baking powder to flour)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Stir in milk and oil and add vanilla. Stir in flour and baking powder until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until browned.

There was also another recipe we found that asked you to fill the muffin cup up halfway and than add a 1/2 tsp of jelly. Add some more batter on top. Cook as above.
