2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups sifted flour
1 cup walnuts
3 cups diced apples (raw)

Directions:
Make sure to use a funnel pan. Mix first 7 ingredients until well mixed. Fold in nuts and apples. Bake at 300 º for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
