Cake:

1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pint sour cream

Filling:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Frosting:

1 cup powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour and salt, baking powder and soda. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to batter. Pour 1/3 batter, and sprinkle filling - alternate until used. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool, then frost.

I am not sure if there is more to the frosting then just powdered sugar. Sorry.
