1 1/4 Ground Beef ( Lean )
1 Package Cream Cheese with Chives ( 3 ounces )
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
18 Jumbo Pasta Shells ( Cooked & Drained )
2 Tablespoon s Butter ( Melted )
1 Cup Prepared Taco Sauce
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese ( Shredded )
1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese ( Shredded )
1 1/2 Cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
1 Cup Sour Cream
3 Green Onions ( Chopped )
Leaf Lettuce (Optional )
Small Pitted Olives ( Optional )
Cherry Tomatoes ( Optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in large skillet medium-high heat until brown, stirring to separate meat; drain fat.
Reduce heat to medium low. Add cream cheese, salt and chili powder; simmer for 5 minutes.
Toss shells with butter; fill with beef mixture.
Arrange shells in buttered 13x9 inch pan. Pour taco sauce over each shell. Cover with foil. Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 15 minutes. Uncover; top with cheddar cheese,Monterrey jack cheese and chips. Bake for 15 more minutes until bubbly.
Top with sour cream and onions. Garnish with lettuce, olives and tomatoes.
