4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups Crisco
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
First mix flour, Crisco, and sugar together.
In another bowl, mix egg, water, and vinegar.
When flour and Crisco and sugar is all blended together, mix in egg with water and vinegar. Mix all ingredients with fork.
Only handle the dough at the end, and don't handle too much.
Dough will be soft so put in refrigerator for 15 minutes, and roll between wax paper.
