Crust:
1 3/4 cups graham crackers
1/4 cup walnuts chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine

Filling:
3 eggs
2 8 oz. packs of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups sour cream (24 oz)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all crust ingredients. Save 3 tbsp. for top. Press crumbs into 9" spring form pan. Combine egg, cheese, sugar, vanilla, beat well, blend in sour cream. Pour into crust, top with crumbs. Bake at 375 in the oven for 1 hour. Chill well. Enjoy.
