2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple drained
2 cups grated carrot
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup raisins

Frosting: Cream cheese icing:

1/2 cup margarine
8 oz. pkg. of Cream Cheese
1 box of powdered sugar

Cake:

Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs. Stir in pineapple and carrot. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into 9 x 13" pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 or until done. Cool. Frost with cream cheese icing.

Icing:

Whip together margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar. After cake is cooled, spread frosting on top.
