3 cups flour
1/2 lb. sweet butter
6 egg yolks beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Filling:

1lb. ground walnuts
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
6 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sweet butter together in a large bowl:(work as you do for pie crust). Mix beaten egg yolks, sour cream, and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Add bowls together and mix well
Make into walnut size balls and chill for several hours or overnight. Roll out very thin on a flour and sugar mixture.

Filling:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add powdered sugar to make meringue. Fold in walnuts. Fill and bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
