4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese (or favorite cheese)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. herb flavored Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 c. white or red cooking wine
1 T. olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Place olive oil in bottom of a slow cooker. Place chicken in the slow cooker; place cheese on top. Mix soup and cooking wine together and put on top of chicken. Add in stuffing and gently mix stuffing and soup mixture together. Cook on low 8 hours.
