Graham Cracker Crust:

1/4 cup melted Oleo
3 tbsp sugar
Graham Crackers crushed

Cheesecake:

1 pint sour cream
2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla or 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Topping: your choice- Grandma always used cherry. Mickey likes "Thank You" brand the best.

Graham Cracker Crust:

Mix melted butter and crushed graham crackers
Put in glass 9X12 dish
Refrigerate for at least 15 mins.

Cheesecake:
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon or vanilla well. Beat eggs lightly in small bowl. Fold into mixture. Pour mixture into crust.

Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
*Note: best to bake the day before

For the Graham Cracker Crust I (Andrea) cheat and buy the already crushed Graham Crackers at the store and follow the directions on the package to make the crust. Grandma would not condone this at all. This recipe was one of her favorite things to make!
