1 Pound Ground Beef ( Lean )
7 Green Onions Diagonally sliced into 2 Pieces
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
3 Ribs Celery Diagonally sliced into 1 inch pieces
1/4 Teaspoon ground Ginger
8 Mushrooms Sliced
1 Package Frozen Pea Pods Rinse / Hot Water
1 Can Tomato Sauce ( 8 ounce )
3 Cups uncooked Corkscrew Pasta cooked & drained
3 Fresh Tomatoes Cut into Wedges
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese ( Shredded ) Divided
1 Green Pepper ( Sliced Thin Slices )

Cook beef, onions, soy sauce and ginger in wok or large sauce pan over medium-high heat until meat is brown, stirring to separate meat. Remove meat mixture from pan or wok. Add the celery and mushrooms; stir- fry for 2 minutes. Remove and put with meat mixture. Add the pea-pods and tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes stirring every minute. Add the meat mixture and celery and mushrooms back to pan. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes and 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently to combine all ingredients. Cook for 1 minute. Add Green Pepper; sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Reduce heat to low; cook till heated through.
