1 lb. Oleo or butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
3 cups flour
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 bottle Maraschino Cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo (or butter) and sugar until light
Add 6 eggs at one time, beating after each egg
Add flour and nuts
Mix until fluffy
Put into greased loaf pan
Press maraschino cherries into batter with finger

Bake 1 hour and 15 mins at 300 º
