3 eggs
1 cup water
1 cup flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup butter
Confectioners sugar
Quart of canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
- Heat canola oil in a large saucepan at medium heat
- Mix water, butter, sugar in a saucepan
- Bring to a full, rolling boil
- Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball
- Let cool very well, then add one egg at a time and beat well
- Drop 1 tsp. of dough into hot oil
- Deep fry at medium heat. Sfingi ball is ready when it starts to puff and crack in the middle and is golden brown
- Cool slightly, dust with confectioners' sugar
