1 pkg Lawry's Au Jus Mix
1 pkg Season Italian dressing mix
1 c. beef broth
1 c. hot water
3 lb. beef roast (I like a Top Sirloin)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in a crock pot for 18 hours, (12 hours works) pull apart and serve on Kaiser Buns.

Strain the Au Jus (juice) from the crock pot into a bowl, put into little Au Jus bowls for dipping.
