1 cup sugar
1/4 pound butter
2 eggs
2 squares melted chocolate
1 1/8 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup ice water

FROSTING
1 1/2 cups 10X sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sour vream
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Cream butter & sugar
Add rest of ingredients
Bake 350, 45 minutes

FROSTING
Combine all ingredients
