16 c air popped corn
2 c brown sugar
1 c butter
1/2 c corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
Put popcorn into a large roasting pan. Pour the mixture over it and stir to coat the popcorn. Work quickly, it cools and hardens quickly. Bake at 350º F for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on wax paper to cool.
