5# potatoes
2 packages of cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
(you can use any kind of cream of soups that you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, dice and boil until done. Do not overcook, leave kind of chunky. Pour off water until it just covers top of potatoes. Chunk the cream cheese into the potatoes, add the can of cream and the two soups. Heat and stir until cream cheese melts.
Garnish with chopped green onions, bacon bits and grated cheese. I also sprinkle on Natures Seasoning in the individual serving bowl. Enjoy…….
