ABOUT A CUP OR 2 OF CHEESE, I LIKE A LOT. I USED FONTINA, BUT USE WHATEVER YOU LIKE
1 BOX FROZEN SPINACH
1 TOMATO
2-3 TBS. CHOPPED ONION OR TO TASTE
1 CUP CHOPPED HAM OR OTHER MEAT
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
½ TSP GINGER

MIX ALL TOGETHER AND THEN I POUR IN SOME MILK IF IT DOESN’T MIX EASILY. MAKE SURE AND DRAIN THE SPINACH GOOD OR IT WILL BE SOUPY. AND PUT ANY OTHER SEASONINGS THAT YOU LIKE. I HAVE WILLIAMS RIB TICKLER THAT I USE IN ALMOST EVERYTHING IT IS A SWEET & SPICY TASTE. MAKES 2 PIE SHELLS FULL. COOK @ 350 UNTIL EDGES OF PIE CRUST ARE BROWN AND YOU CAN STICK A KNIFE IN THE CENTER AND IT IS DRY.
