2 lb. hamburg
3 eggs
4 to 5 c. minute rice
2 qt. tomatoes
2 green pepper ( chopped)
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 head cabbage
2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in big bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Take cabbage apart leaf by leaf and put in boiling water for 2-3 minuets or until soft enough to roll. Take one leaf at a time and drain on paper towel, then fill with meat and rice mixture (about 1/2 c.) Roll cabbage into roll and put into roaster pan. Continue until mixture is gone. Cover cabbage rolls with tomatoes . Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
