2 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. 2% milk
1 c. vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt
1 medium ripe banana
1 tbsp. honey
4 to 6 ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Place blueberries, milk, yogurt, banana, honey and ice in blender. Blend about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until mixture is frothy and ice cubes are finely ground. Pour into 4 glasses.
