4 Eggs Beaten
1 cup Sifted Flour
3 pounds Dates chopped
1 pound Candied Cherries
1 pound Candied Pineapple chopped
1 cup Flour for Fruit
1 cup Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 pounds Pecans (chopped or whole)

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour, sugar and baking powder to beaten eggs. Mix well, sprinkle 1 cup flour over fruit and nuts. Pour dough over fruit and nuts. Mix well. Pour into 2 five pound tube pans or 5 two pound loaf pans. Grease pans and line with wax paper. Bake for 75 minutes at 275 º. After baking pour jigger of whisky over cakes.
