2 c. of flour
½ lb. Butter
1 egg yolk
¾ c. sour cream
Filling:
½ c. ground walnuts
1 egg white
½ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Dough:
Cream flour and butter together. Add egg yoke and sour cream. Mix well with fingers. Divide dough into 3 parts. Sprinkle each with flour. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Filling:
Mix ingredients for filling in a small bowl.
Preheat oven to 325ºF
Cut dough in triangles. Drop teaspoon of filling on triangle.
Fold.
Cook about 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with icing sugar when hot.
Best if eaten within a couple of days.
