º375 Beat egg slightly, add the rest of the ingredients and beat well. Add to slightly raised coffee cake, bottoms made from frozen bread dough and topped with desired fruit. Then bake in 375 oven for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to cake racks. Mrs Elsie Berg tells that one loaf of frozen bread will make four crusts. She either defrost the bread in the refrigerator overnight or takes it out in the freezer "real early" and sets it in a warm place so it is thawed and ready to be shaped into four pans by working the dough with her hands, making sure to build up a ridge on the edge.
