1 egg
2 saltine crackers, crushed
2 tsp. Old Bay (to taste)
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. fresh parsley, minced
2 T. Mayonnaise
1 lb. crabmeat, fresh
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Add crushed crackers, Worcestershire, and Old Bay. Gently fold in crabmeat. Mold into approximately 6 cakes. Melt butter in a large fry pan. Place crabcakes in pan. Brown on the first side before flipping to keep them from falling apart. Brown other side until cooked through.
