2 packages yeast
1 cup sugar
1 stick melted margarine
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beat to a fluff)
2 cups very warm water
5-6 cups plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover bowl with a cloth and let rise for 2 to 3 hours in a very warm area. Dust pastry board generously with flour; knead with hands until the dough is no longer sticky. Divide into rolls and place into a bread pan that is generously greased with oil Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours up to 5 days. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking and let rise. Bake at 350º for approx 25-30 minutes.
