1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 8 oz. can of Corn, drained
1 block of Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated medium
2 bunches Green Onions, sliced very thin.

Directions:
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise together, add corn and stir. Add grated cheese, stir and add green onions mixing well. Chill several hours or overnight. Keeps for 2-3 days. Serve with Frito Dippers or assorted crackers.

(for a crowd, I double the mayonnaise and sour cream but not the other ingredients.)

You can do so much with this basic dip such as adding finely chopped red or green bell peppers, bacon bits, chopped shrimp or crab.
