2 wild ducks 1 medium apple, sliced
1 whole onion salt & pepper
4 strips of bacon water

Directions:
Directions:
First, no duck should be eaten earlier than four days after it is killed, but should be refrigerated and not frozen during this time.
Dress as a hen. Stuff with 1 sliced medium apple and 1 whole onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and put two strips of bacon on breast of each duck. Add 1 cup water to roaster and baste every five minutes. Cook at 500º for 15 to 30 minutes. (If you like your steak rare, you will enjoy a 15 minute duck)
