10 lbs potatoes
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 big block of velveeta cheese
16 oz sour cream
2 Tbsp onion powder
lots of chives (diced)
salt
pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. Add 3/4 bock of velveeta, butter, salt, pepper, onion powder and chives. Mix well. Fold in sour cream. Put in baking dish. Cover with remaining valvetta and bake uncovered at 350º.
