For Dressing:
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

For Coleslaw:
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups red cabbage, finely sliced
2 cups green cabbage, finely sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

NOTE: I use 1 cup red cabbage and 3 cups green cabbage. The red fades onto the green and not as pretty.

1. Mix dressing ingredients together.
2. Put coleslaw ingredients into bowl and toss with dressing. Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours before serving. Stir and drain off all liquid before serving.
