1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. add remaining ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Remove from mixer. Stir in 1 cup boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into two greased and floured pans 9" or 8" pans or one 13" x 9" pan. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes for the layer pans and 35-40 minutes for the 13" x 9" pan. Do not over bake.
